Maxillaria richii
This cheery species has compact foliage with knobby pseudobulbs topped with a single leaf. It's blooms emerging from the sides of bulbs and can comes in the dozens. They poke over the side of the pot revealing it's colorful flowers

TEMPS: Hot- Intermediate
WATERING: Well watered with a slight dry between waterings, likes to be kept evenly damp while growing
LIGHT: Bright-Very Bright filtered light
